Returns

We understand that sometimes you need a moment to make a decision. That’s why you have 14 days from receiving your package to return the purchased product.

Returned items should be in pristine condition – without signs of use, with all tags attached and, if possible, in the original packaging.

To make a return:

  • print and fill out the return form,

  • include it with the package,

  • send the package to our address:

You are responsible for return shipping costs (we do not accept cash on delivery packages).
After accepting the return, the funds will be refunded using the same payment method – no later than within 14 days.

Exchanges

We don’t offer traditional exchanges.
If you need a different size or variant – simply return the product, and once the return is processed, place a new order. This way, you can be sure that the item you’re interested in won’t disappear from our inventory.

Complaints

Every piece in the LINSKA collection is created with attention to detail. However, if you notice a defect – please let us know.
